We're looking for a hands-on Lead for our Lathe and Grind departments. You'll help keep production moving, support machinists, troubleshoot problems, work with engineering and make sure the work leaving your departments is right. Grinding experience is preferred, but strong multi-axis machining experience and solid leadership skills are a must .

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Real-world CNC machining experience — especially multi-axis turning Strong experience with 4th/5th axis machining and complex parts Someone who understands setups, tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds and offsets Someone who can read and understand complex blueprints and GD&T Someone who knows how to hold tight tolerances and cares about quality Grinding experience — Jig, Surface, ID/OD is preferred Someone who can troubleshoot when things don't go exactly as planned A strong leader who knows how to hold people accountable without being a drill sergeant Someone who can prioritize work, keep people moving and help remove roadblocks Someone who can coach and develop machinists instead of simply telling them what to do Someone who can jump in and help when the team needs it Someone who can work independently and owns their department Someone who actually gives a sh
