Job Summary We're hiring an entry-level Sales Associate to join our sales team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys talking with people, pays attention to detail, and is motivated to learn. You'll work directly with customers by phone and email, helping them with product selection, account setup, quotes, order updates, shipment tracking, and other needs. You'll also help ensure customer information and orders are handled accurately from quote through delivery. You don't need prior sales or customer service experience. We're looking for someone with strong people skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine drive to learn. We'll train you on our products, systems, processes, and industry knowledge. As you build your skills and experience, there are growth opportunities within the sales team. Duties Respond to customer inquiries and support requests by phone and email in a timely, professional, and friendly manner Help customers with product questions, product selection, sizing and fit for custom frames, shipping questions, order issues, account setup, and wholesale pricing Prepare and follow up on quotes, answer pre-sale questions, and help customers move from initial inquiry to order Coordinate with the sales team on pricing questions, order details, and customer issues to keep orders moving smoothly Track basic customer activity and feedback, including response times, common questions, and customer needs What You'll Bring Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing, with the ability to build positive customer relationships Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer conversations, orders, and tasks accurately A genuine willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative as you build knowledge of our products, systems, and sales process Comfortable learning new software tools, including CRM/quoting systems (e.g., HubSpot) and order management systems (e.g., ShipWorks) Reliable, organized, and able to stay on top of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, curious, and motivated to grow your skills as part of a small team Equal Opportunity Craig Frames LLC is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:
