Job Description
Seeking a responsible, dependable, friendly adult with good communication skills. Must be able to stand for 4 to 8 hour shifts. Wage based on experience, with a 90 day review.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all retail customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Operate pharmacy cash register, or front and back cash register, and process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, interacting with customers at the Pharmacy register or retail sales floor.
