Job Title:

Budtender

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK!

Experience:

• Previous budtender or other cannabis industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption
• Experience with POS systems is required. Experience with Portal 42 is a plus
• Knowledge of how to weigh appropriate Flower amounts in GRAMS
• Able to work long hours standing (5 or 10 Hour shifts)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
• Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
• Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system (we use Portal 42)
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock and replenish inventory as needed
• Conduct product demos and provide information on new arrivals
