K & More Crew Lead Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a premier manufacturing and distribution facility in search of an experienced Crew Lead. The Crew Lead will give direction and sequencing to production laborers while actively participating on the team manufacturing precast concrete, landscaping, and infrastructure products. The Crew Lead plays a vital role in executing daily workflows, driving continuous improvement, and upholding high standards for safety, quality, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, mechanical aptitude, and a hands-on approach to production. The Crew Lead is a full-time, direct-hire position in St. Michael, MN with an active production season from April to November and a winter lay-off period from December to March.

Crew Lead Job Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Tasks & Work Flow in a Production Environment Direct, Motivate, & Sequence Production Laborers to Meet Daily Output Goals Follow Instructions From The Operations Director to Execute Production Activities & Manual Labor Tasks Train & Orient New Employees on All Aspects of the Manufacturing Process Explore & Implement Continuous Improvement Methods to Boost Overall Efficiency Maintain a Clean, Safe, & Organized Work Environment at All Times Must Adhere to

All Safety Standards & Operational Requirements Crew Lead Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required Must Be 18 Years of Age or Older Proven Ability to Manage, Motivate, & Lead a Production Crew Strong Mechanical Aptitude Preferred Forklift Operation Experience is a Plus Ability to Lift Up to 75 lbs. Consistently Throughout the Shift Willingness to Work Overtime & 45+
