In this role, you'll assist students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. Responsibilities include customer service, product demos, POS transactions, merchandising, and supporting store events. You'll help connect customers with quality instruments and education while working in a collaborative, student-focused environment that values music, community engagement, and performance.
