Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a technology or wireless sales environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate in English
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Proficient in technology sales and knowledgeable about the latest trends and products
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
