Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and self motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are seeking an individual with prior firearms interest, safety training & sales experience. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining an organized and appealing store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find what they need. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping & service needs Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving accurate change Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or firearms store environments is preferred Strong communication skills both with co-workers & customers Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math is necessary Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions Experience with merchandising, stocking, product demos, and upselling techniques is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about firearms & retail sales to develop their skills in a dynamic setting.
