Early morning shifts beginning at 4:30 AM Orangetheory Fitness Madison is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual to join our front desk sales team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and doesn't mind getting an early start to their day. Responsibilities Greet members and guests and provide excellent customer service. Assist with member check-ins and class bookings. Respond to phone calls, emails, and membership inquiries. Follow up with prospective members and assist with membership sales. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio. Support daily studio operations and work as part of a team. Qualifications Must be dependable and consistently available for shifts beginning at 4:30 AM . Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Basic computer skills. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
