Full-Time Sales Associate /

Budtender Pay:

$18.00/hour starting wage, increasing to $20.00/hour after successful completion of the probationary period with opportunities to move up in the future.

Hours:

30-35 hours per week

Schedule:

Flexible availability, including weekends

Work Location:

In person Responsibilities Greet and welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude. Provide knowledgeable and attentive customer service. Learn and maintain strong knowledge of products, brands, and store offerings. Ask questions and make thoughtful product recommendations based on customer needs. Educate customers and confidently answer questions. Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and electronic transactions responsibly. Maintain accurate product displays, pricing, and inventory organization. Keep the sales floor, counters, and other store areas clean, organized, and inviting. Restock products and supplies as needed. Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable state regulations. Represent Smoke2o professionally and positively at all times. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other daily store operations. Work as part of a team and assist at other Smoke2o locations when needed. Qualifications & Skills Must be 18 years of age or older . Reliable transportation is required. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Comfortable working with cash and electronic POS systems. Basic math skills. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge, policies, and procedures. Ability to problem-solve and handle a variety of customer situations professionally. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Previous retail, sales, customer service, or cannabis industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person . Ability to regularly bend, reach, lift, and stock merchandise. Ability to safely use a step ladder when necessary.
