Retail experience is preferred! Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner. Provide personalized styling assistance and product recommendations. Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits. Support sales goals through exceptional customer service! Store Operations Perform opening and closing procedures when assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop. Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, tagged, and replenished. Complete transactions & returns accurately through the point-of-sale system. Consignment Support Assist with processing consignment intake and organization. Utilize the Simple Consign Program to support consignment processing and inventory management. Ensure merchandise & displays meets Happy Place quality and presentation standards. Teamwork & Professionalism Communicate effectively with the owner and fellow team members. Assist with daily tasks and support overall store operations. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positivity! Take initiative to complete tasks and maintain shop standards. Engage the community by creating social media posts. Success Expectations A successful Sales Associate/Key Holder will: Deliver exceptional customer service. Create a welcoming and elevated shopping experience.
