Front of Store Team Member Bake Me Happy / Sugar & Spine Bookshop

• Madison, NC We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated team member to join our bakery + bookstore team!

This is a part-time position with the opportunity for more hours and growth for the right person. If you love desserts, books, and creating a welcoming experience for customers, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do No two days are exactly the same (which keeps it fun), but your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and providing a warm, helpful experience Checking customers out quickly and accurately Answering phones and assisting with orders/questions Boxing up custom cakes and handling pickups with care Pricing out cakes and helping customers place orders Replenishing display cases and keeping the front stocked Baking cookies and assisting with cupcake icing Keeping the shop clean, organized, and inviting Assisting with opening and closing duties What We're Looking For This role is not just about tasks, it's about energy and ownership.
