Grady's Cannabis is hiring a Brand and Retail specialist to support both front‑of‑house retail operations and brand/marketing needs. This role combines budtending, social media content creation, graphic design for digital menus, and wholesale sales of bulk flower and prerolls. Ideal candidates are creative, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and compliant customer service as a budtender. Operate the POS, handle cash accurately, and maintain daily retail standards. Create and post social media content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with brand guidelines. Design and update digital menus, promotional graphics, and in-store visuals. Manage wholesale inquiries, pricing sheets, and communication with wholesale partners. Prepare and track wholesale orders for bulk flower and prerolls. Maintain compliance with all state regulations and internal SOPs. Qualifications 21+ and able to pass all required background checks. Experience in budtending, retail, or customer service preferred. Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar). Social media management experience for a brand or business. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask between retail, creative, and wholesale duties. Cannabis industry knowledge is a plus. Pay:
