Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be crucial in providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. You will create a welcoming environment, educate customers about various strains and products, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Must be 21+ years of age to apply.

RETAIL CANNABIS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Educate customers on different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods. Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS). Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring that inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new items or educate customers on usage. Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. Assist in supervising junior staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Promote sales through effective communication and customer engagement strategies. Experience Previous experience in cannabis retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions smoothly. Knowledge of cannabis products is a MUST, and training will be provided. Ability to demonstrate retail math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
