Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their preferences and needs Educate customers about product effects, consumption methods, and proper dosing through engaging product demos and personalized advice Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Upsell products by highlighting new arrivals, promotions, or complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales Maintain accurate stock levels through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management to ensure product availability and appealing displays Conduct retail store product knowledge sessions for customers and team members to promote brand awareness Handle retail store operations such as cashiering, retail math calculations, and ensuring compliance with legal age restrictions and regulations Skills Proven experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions Supervising experience or leadership skills to support team collaboration and store operations Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone or in person Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies to boost sales performance Knowledge of retail store product knowledge related to cannabis or similar wellness products is preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive problem-solving approach Join us in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel confident in their choices!
