Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure you have good knowledge about products and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide support to the sales team by generating quotes and processing orders ```
Qualifications:
```- Previous experience in customer service or about retail business.
- Knowledge of smoke shop pruducts is plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
