Value Chain (Going Going Gone!) is seeking Teammates for all in-store positions in our fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you'll deliver friendly customer service, operate registers, and help shoppers find great deals on closeout merchandise. Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking shelves, setting displays, tagging and pricing items, and assisting with inventory counts. You'll help keep the store clean, safe, and organized while working closely with other teammates and leaders to meet sales and operational goals. Training is provided; retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, answering questions and locating merchandise Operate POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately Maintain clean, organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas Stock shelves and sales displays; ensure proper pricing and signage Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and organizing incoming product Follow loss prevention, cash handling, and safety procedures Support backroom organization and movement of merchandise to sales floor Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet store goals Required Skills Point-of-sale (POS) operation Cash handling and reconciliation Retail merchandising Inventory counting and stock rotation Product labeling and pricing Customer service Loss prevention awareness Basic math skills Store safety and cleanliness standards Use of handheld inventory devices
