Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products.
