We are a growing telecommunications company based in the Houston area, and we are currently hiring a full-time AT&T Team Member to join our expanding sales and customer engagement team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for motivated individuals who want to gain professional experience in sales, customer service, communication, and business development. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help new team members learn our sales process, understand AT&T products and services, communicate with customers effectively, and build valuable professional skills. As an AT&T Team Member, you will interact directly with customers, learn about their needs, explain available AT&T solutions, and help create a positive customer experience. You will work alongside experienced team members and managers in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment where your development and success are important to us. What You'll Do Represent AT&T professionally while engaging with customers and introducing available products and services Build positive customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions Support sales goals by educating customers on AT&T products, services, promotions, and available options Provide a professional and engaging customer experience throughout the sales and enrollment process Follow proven sales and customer engagement strategies while receiving ongoing coaching from experienced team members Work with the AT&T sales team and management to achieve individual and team goals What We're Looking For Comprehensive training and hands-on coaching are provided High school diploma or GED preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills Comfortable speaking with customers in a professional, face-to-face environment Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Ability to work effectively as part of a team Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required If you're looking for a full-time entry-level opportunity where you can learn, gain professional experience, work with customers, and develop a career in sales, the AT&T Team Member position could be a great fit.
