We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by performance-based earning opportunities. Whether you're a college student looking to gain valuable sales experience or someone interested in building a career in wireless retail, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide an exceptional retail experience. Recommend wireless plans, smartphones, accessories, and services based on customer needs. Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations. Activate new wireless accounts, process upgrades, and assist with number transfers. Educate customers on Cricket Wireless products, promotions, and services. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards. Process transactions accurately and follow company policies. Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is

REQUIRED.

Open availability is REQUIRED, including weekends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, professionalism, and dependability. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Basic computer and smartphone knowledge. Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required. Must be comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
