Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our dealership team. In this role, you will sell both new and pre-owned vehicles , build long-term customer relationships, achieve personal and dealership sales goals, and deliver an exceptional buying experience. This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential for results-driven individuals. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service Collaborate with sales managers, finance managers, service manager, and other sales associates Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas Discipline in following up timely with current and potentional customers Complete necessary paperwork to finalize sales transactions Complete training required by Premier Automotive and the Manufacture Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure in a commission-driven environment Ability to work hours that do include evenings and Saturdays Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong computer skills

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
