Assist in inventory management, including stocking and restocking items as needed. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic math skills for transactions. Experience in retail sales, including knowledge of retail math principles. Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse customer bases. Familiarity with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
