What You'll Do as a Verizon Team Member Welcome customers with a friendly, professional approach and create a positive first impression. Start meaningful conversations to understand customer needs, preferences, and service interests. Introduce Verizon Wireless products and service options in a clear and approachable way. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available products and services. Assist customers with enrollment and customer support related activities while providing a smooth experience. Maintain an organized, professional customer environment and follow company guidelines. Collaborate with teammates to strengthen customer engagement and achieve daily performance goals. What We're Looking For in a Verizon Team Member Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a professional and customer-focused approach. Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills. Dependable, motivated, and able to contribute effectively within a team.
