Overview Join our dynamic team as an Evening/Weekend Store Lead, where you will be the driving force behind smooth store operations during evening and weekend hours. As a key leader, you will oversee daily activities and uphold high standards of customer service while fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead store staff during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring team members are motivated, well-trained, and delivering outstanding guest service Manage closing shift management to maintain efficiency and safety standards Oversee guest services to create welcoming environments, handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain operational procedures related to cash handling, inventory control, and safety protocols.
