Overview Join our dynamic team as an Evening/Weekend Store Lead, where you will be the driving force behind smooth store operations during evening and weekend hours. As a key leader, you will oversee daily activities and uphold high standards of customer service while fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead store staff during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring team members are motivated, well-trained, and delivering outstanding guest service Manage closing shift management to maintain efficiency and safety standards Oversee guest services to create welcoming environments, handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain operational procedures related to cash handling, inventory control, and safety protocols. Prepare detailed reports on staffing needs and operational issues using report writing skills to inform management decisions Qualifications Proven experience in roles or similar positions within retail or hospitality settings with a focus on leadership and staff supervision Strong background in events management and operations management within event venues or similar environments Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, supervising staff, and making managerial decisions confidently Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels memorable guest experiences!
