Inside Sales Associate:

• Follow up on incoming leads and customer inquiries (warm sales leads generated through generous advertising budget)
• Preparing quotes for homeowners
• Present solutions and professionally manage the sales process
• Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into sales orders, order jobs
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Inside Sales Associate Position Will Have:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the garage door industry but applicants with experience in the construction, building products, home improvement, or a related industry will be considered.
• Strong computer skills and comfort using technology
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• A positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude
• Technical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure and ability to learn to read drawings, review dimensions and understand garage door products.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time, in-office position (40+ hours per week) offering a competitive salary plus generous commission structure designed to reward performance.
