Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on a wide range of smoking products, accessories, and related merchandise Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately during retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain stock levels through regular stocking, merchandising, and inventory checks to ensure the store remains attractive and well-organized Assist with merchandising displays to highlight promotions and new products effectively Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional etiquette, providing clear information about products and store policies Support supervising staff in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring excellent customer service standards Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in a customer-facing environment involving POS systems and cashiering duties Familiarity with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures are essential for accurate transactions Experience with product demonstrations, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies will enhance your success in this role Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your retail expertise!
