If so, we have the opportunity for you! Dean Distributing, Inc. (DDI) is currently looking for a full-time Relief Sales / Category Support Representative to join our Arbor Vitae team. This position works Monday through Friday servicing retail accounts throughout Northeastern Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, problem-solving, and working in the market. You will support our sales team, build relationships with customers, and help ensure our products are represented with excellence throughout the territory. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers throughout Northeastern Wisconsin. Support sales representatives by providing coverage for assigned accounts when needed. Generate sales growth through product placement, promotions, and customer relationships. Pre-sell products by reviewing inventory needs and assisting customers with orders. Execute sales and marketing programs to achieve company sales and revenue goals. Maintain product freshness through proper rotation and inventory management. Merchandise products by filling shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining backroom inventory. Assist with retail resets, planogram updates, and display execution. Help coordinate special event setups and merchandising opportunities. Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and company leadership. Collect payments and assist with account receivable responsibilities. What We're Looking For Sales experience with a strong customer service mindset. Beverage wholesale experience preferred. Three or more years of sales experience preferred. Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus monthly performance-based incentives.
