SCRUSHER

Boot and Shoe Cleaners. Our work involves welding, laser cutting, forming and bending, assembly, and powder coating. Located in Coon Valley, WI, our workdays and hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST. Responsibilities Assemble product components according to work instructions and specifications Use hand tools and basic shop equipment such as drills, presses, and measurement tools Operate brush machines used in the production process. Training will be provided. Apply powder coatings evenly to achieve the desired high-quality finish. Training will be provided Accurately read sales orders. Select, prepare, and load the appropriate powder according to color specifications Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy Package completed products and prepare orders for shipping Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Perform basic equipment checks and report any maintenance needs Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area. Perform daily upkeep, and other maintenance as needed. Perform manual labor with strong manual dexterity. Lift up to 40 lbs. overhead Communicate corrections and improvements effectively with the team Highly organized with strong attention to detail Perform other company functions as needed. Training will be provided Skills Strong work ethic, attendance, and punctuality. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Maintaining equipment; Able to troubleshoot equipment issues and performing routine maintenance a plus. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques a plus Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Experience delivering to places of business is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Strong math skills, including measurement calculations.
