You'll operate POS systems, handle cash and digital payments, support inventory and visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional, athlete-focused customer service on the sales floor and at checkout. Use POS systems to process transactions accurately and handle cash and digital payments. Maintain product displays and visual merchandising to Nike brand standards. Support inventory processes, including restocking, labeling, and loss prevention basics. Stay current on Nike products, technologies, and promotions to educate customers. Assist with fitting footwear and apparel, ensuring proper size and performance needs. Collaborate with teammates to achieve store sales and service goals. Support omnichannel services such as online order pickup and returns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house. Represent Nike's culture of sport, innovation, and inclusivity in every customer interaction.
