The future of connectivity in West Virginia starts here, at our sales and development firm. We are looking to hire a Verizon Account Associate to present Verizon's Fios and mobile plans. As part of our sales team, the Verizon Account Associate talks to our customers in person, listens to their connectivity needs, and shows them how Verizon is paving the way forward. As a Verizon Account Associate, you'll undergo product and sales training that equips you to clearly explain Verizon's Fios speeds and 5G reliability. Once prepared, the Verizon Account Associate interacts with customers, turning inquiries into sales decisions, highlighting promotions, and ensuring that every step of the sales process feels professional, personable, and supportive. Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Account Associate Support the team by introducing customers to Verizon smartphones, wireless plans, and 5G services through consultative sales conversations. Work alongside teammates to understand customer needs and recommend mobile solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget. Explain Verizon devices, wireless features, and plan options in clear, easy-to-understand sales discussions. Assist with activations, upgrades, number transfers, and basic account support while ensuring a positive customer experience. Contribute to team sales goals by recommending accessories, protection plans, and additional wireless services when appropriate. Stay informed on Verizon promotions, new devices, and wireless offerings to deliver accurate customer guidance.
