Job DutiesAssist the Retail Manager in leading the daily operations of the Resort Store.
Assist in hiring, training, managing, and motivating a retail sales staff.
Open/Close Resort StoreWork weekend shiftsMaintain efficient daily operations of Resort Store retail department.
Work with sales staff to ensure proper cash-handling and charge procedures are in compliance.
Execute daily operations of Resort Store including morning meetings, opening/closing procedures, daily sales goal, and key holder.
Assist in processing customer special orders, warranty returns and damagesAssist in executing store sales and promotions.
Assist in processing store transfers.
Merchandise new products and facilitate back stock/restocking.
Work with retail manager to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
Assist in all sales training and up selling techniques.
Facilitate morning sales goals and go over any new retail informationAre you the right fit? Below are some traits an exemplary candidate possesses.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort a plus.
Cash handling skillsRetail experience preferred.
