This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in running a strong operation, building a dependable team, and ensuring customers receive excellent service every day. While you may not oversee every shift directly, you will be responsible for making sure the store runs smoothly, the team performs well, and operations stay organized and efficient. Responsibilities Store Operations Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Troubleshoot operational issues and maintain strong store performance Assign daily tasks to Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) team members Team Leadership Hire, train, coach, and supervise team members Build a strong team culture and maintain accountability Serve as a reliable leader and point of contact for staff Scheduling & Staffing Create and adjust staff schedules based on store needs Ensure proper staffing coverage, including weekends Maintain flexibility to step in or help cover shifts when needed Inventory & Business Management Manage inventory levels and order supplies Keep essential items stocked and make emergency inventory runs if needed Take ownership of store operations and maintain high standards Customer Experience Deliver and uphold excellent customer service standards Ensure customers receive consistent, positive experiences Job Type Full-time Requirements 1+ year of coffee shop management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage operations independently Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Must be able to work weekends and holidays May require occasional overtime hours with approval Flexible availability to support store needs (Day & Evening shifts) Passion for coffee, customer service, and team leadership
