We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, leads by example, and is eager to help drive exceptional service. The Role As Assistant Manager, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You'll work closely with the management team and ownership to maintain high service standards while helping train, develop, and motivate our front-of-house team. Responsibilities Lead by example and create a warm, polished, and welcoming guest experience. Drive consistent and attentive service throughout the restaurant. Assist with training, coaching, and developing FOH staff. Support daily restaurant operations and work closely with the management team. Maintain service standards and help hold the team accountable in a positive way. Build strong relationships with guests and team members. Be a hands-on leader during service. Help foster a positive, collaborative, and fun restaurant culture. Schedule What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service. Someone who is confident leading a team and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Someone who takes initiative and wants to continue growing in hospitality. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality. Someone who understands that great service starts with a great team.
