Roles and Responsibilities:

Plans, directs, and oversees day to day operations. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Ensuring customer's needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas of the store. Will report to Supervisor management team. Will be expected to hit Gross % goals, labor % goals, and distribution % goals. Must have Retail Grocery Store Management Experience. Department Manager Positions also available at other rate of pay.

Mendocino County Location:

This role is advertised in the Willits area for recruitment purposes; however, the assigned worksite may be located at a greater distance.
