We're looking for someone mature and trustworthy who can take ownership of the shop during day shifts — opening up, managing the team on duty, and making sure everything runs smoothly while keeping that friendly, welcoming vibe our customers love.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day shop operations during your shift Open the store and handle opening procedures Manage cash register, transactions, and end-of-shift reporting Supervise and support team members on shift Greet customers and ensure excellent service standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance Restock products and supplies as needed Handle minor issues/decisions independently and know when to escalate

Qualifications:

Prior food service or retail experience required; supervisory experience a plus Highly reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal oversight Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling cash and basic shop management duties Available for consistent daytime shifts (days/hours can be discussed) Team player who leads by example Previous experience opening or closing a restaurant or retail business. Experience leading teams of 3-10 employees. Experience training and coaching staff. Experience handling cash, balancing drawers, and preparing deposits. Pay:
