Dave's Hot Chicken is coming to Idaho Falls — and we're hiring the leadership team first. BLT Ventures is opening the first Dave's Hot Chicken in Idaho Falls this fall. Dave's started as a parking-lot pop-up in East Hollywood and grew into one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands in the country. We operate locations in Cincinnati and we're bringing the same standards here. We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to help us open this restaurant. You'll start in early October — before the doors open — and go through full paid Brand Standards training with our corporate team. You'll help hire and train the crew, set up the store, and be there on day one of a brand-new restaurant. What you'll do Run shifts: direct the line, hold the standard on food quality and speed, own the guest experience Build schedules, manage attendance, and hit labor targets Train and coach team members; certify them across stations Open and close the restaurant, handle cash, complete daily paperwork Keep the store to Dave's food safety and cleanliness standards What we're looking for 1+ year leading shifts in a restaurant, coffee, or retail environment Someone who's steady when it gets loud and busy — this brand does volume Available nights, weekends, and holidays; open and close availability 18 or older; able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift Reliable transportation High school diploma or GED preferred What we offer $19-$21/hour , based on experience Health, dental, and vision; 401(k) Free meals on shift A real path forward — we're adding locations, and we promote from inside Apply with a resume.
