At MJ Holding Company , we're looking for a Retail Operations Administrator to join our growing Retail Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working cross-functionally, and enjoys turning data and insights into action. What You'll Do As a key member of our Retail Operations team, you will: Partner with service providers and retailers to support merchandising execution and store performance Investigate and solve store-level challenges, ensuring issues are resolved from root cause to completion Manage reporting dashboards, performance scorecards, and operational data that drive business decisions Collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, Retail Planning, and Technology Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service execution, and support continuous improvement initiatives Build strong relationships both in the field and across our organization to ensure exceptional customer and retailer experiences
