LIQGO SHIFT SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

LiqGo Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the shifts performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner during an assigned shift. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment for all associates. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager. LiqGo Shift Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:

Greet all customersMake sales transactions quickly and accuratelyMaintain stock and inventory using available tools and resourcesComplete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-insTreat customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous mannerComplete shift sheets and account for Cigarette & Lottery inventory Maintain general appearance and cleanliness of store premisesPossess the ability to merchandise and keep recordsMaintain a safe and secure environment for all customers and employeesLead, train, motivate and develop team membersCreate positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect

Experience/Qualifications:

Must be over 21 High School Diploma or equivalent Able to obtain Liquor License and complete Indiana Server Training ProgramSelf-motivated, dependableStrong customer service skillsLift up to 50 pounds Stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hoursAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% customer focusBasic mathematics skills

Retail backgroundCash handling experience

Hours:

The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is a full time position and can work up to 40 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed. Open availability is required.

Salary/Income:

The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is a non-exempt, hourly position
