The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, lead the sales team, provide excellent customer service, and drive store sales and performance. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns. Sell wireless services, phones, accessories, and related products. Train new employees and support team development. Manage inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a professional and positive store environment. Qualifications Retail or sales management experience preferred. Wireless experience is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Sales-driven and customer-focused. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
