In this role, you will manage daily operations, develop the store team, and work toward sales, gross profit, and labor goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and work to achieve sales, gross profit, and labor goals. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and schedule store associates. Lead and support the team while promoting a friendly, enthusiastic store culture. Communicate policies, procedures, sales promotions, and job expectations to associates. Manage product ordering, merchandising, display building, and retail pricing. Promote knowledgeable, friendly customer service throughout the store. Qualifications Experience managing and overseeing retail associates. Understanding of a liquor store manager's responsibilities. Passion for retail and customer service, with the ability to train and lead a team. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Ability to lift 60 lbs.
