Exempt Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year + bonus opportunity Lead a High-Performing Stone Fabrication Operation Grazzini Brothers & Company has been a nationwide leader in commercial Tile, Terrazzo, Stone, and Floor Covering installation since 1923. We are seeking an experienced Stone Shop Manager to lead our stone fabrication operation, overseeing production, installation planning, employee development, quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional craftsmanship. What You'll Do Operations & Production Management Manage day-to-day fabrication shop operations including cutting, polishing, finishing, and installation coordination. Develop production schedules and installation plans to meet customer and project deadlines. Monitor workflow, labor allocation, and shop efficiency. Visit jobsites to review field conditions, verify measurements, assess logistics, and support successful project execution. Collaborate with project managers and field operations to ensure seamless project delivery. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop fabrication and installation personnel. Conduct performance discussions and provide ongoing training. Schedule labor resources to support production and installation demands. Create and maintain a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture. Quality & Customer Satisfaction Ensure fabricated products meet company standards and customer expectations. Resolve production and installation challenges quickly and effectively. Maintain a commitment to craftsmanship and continuous improvement. Inventory & Equipment Management Track and manage inventory levels, materials, tools, and shop supplies. Oversee receiving, storage, and material organization. Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for CNC equipment, saws, polishing equipment, and other fabrication machinery. Safety & Compliance Enforce OSHA requirements and company safety policies. Conduct routine safety inspections and meetings. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Monitor labor costs, material usage, productivity, and operational efficiency. Track key performance metrics and prepare management reports. Identify opportunities for process improvements and profitability enhancements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in stone fabrication, countertop manufacturing, or a related industry 2+ years of supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and other natural stone products Experience operating or overseeing CNC equipment and fabrication machinery Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards for quality and safety Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a countertop or stone fabrication shop Experience with CAD software Commercial construction experience Lean manufacturing or process improvement experience Why Join Grazzini Brothers?
