Assistant Manager -

Gas Station Company:

Fast N Friendly Petroleum Fast N Friendly is looking for a dependable Assistant Manager to oversee daily gas station and convenience store operations, support employees, and deliver excellent customer service.

Shift:

2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Closing Shift)

Responsibilities:

Supervise employees and assist with training and scheduling. Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, and sales reports. Monitor inventory, restocking, and store presentation. Resolve customer concerns and maintain service standards. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper closing procedures. Help achieve sales targets and control operating expenses.

Requirements:

Experience in retail, gas stations, convenience stores, or a similar environment. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license. Availability for the closing shift, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
