Job Summary Our Store Managers are responsible for the people, standards and performance of their location. Success means building a team that knows what is expected, follows through, communicates well and can operate confidently even when the manager isn't there. Responsibilities Store Operations Lead daily store operations to ensure a clean, safe, well-stocked, and customer-ready environment Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local/state regulations Manage cash handling, expenses, and loss prevention while driving operational consistency across all shifts Identify challenges, implement solutions, and plan proactively for staffing needs according to sales trends Team Leadership & Staffing Build, lead, and develop an inclusive, friendly, high-performing team by hiring thoughtfully, coaching consistently, and recognizing individual strengths Create a positive, respectful workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed Recruit, train, schedule and mentor staff to ensure operational excellence while supporting professional growth and accountability Set clear expectations, model integrity, and foster collaboration to help each team member contribute to shared success Customer Service Create a welcoming environment that positively impacts people's day Lead by example in providing fast, friendly and respectful service while resolving concerns with professionalism Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement Sales & Financial Performance Manage labor, inventory and operating expenses Monitor financial performance, control expenses and reduce shrink while maintaining accountability across the team Keep an open growth mindset while analyzing trends, seeking improvement opportunities and coaching the team toward continuous progress Inventory & Merchandising Manage inventory accuracy and vendor relationships with integrity, accountability, and clear communication to ensure strong in-stock conditions and smooth deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store through thoughtful merchandising that reflects pride in presentation and creates a welcoming customer experience Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and all local, state and federal regulations while modeling integrity and accountability Maintain a safe, secure workplace by proactively addressing hazards, supporting proper training, and fostering a culture of awareness and responsibility Skills People-Centered Leadership
