What You Will Do:

Assist current general manager in overseeing lodge operations and daily business activities. Actively help out with lodge needs such as preforming housekeeping and serving duties if necessary. Learn and progressively assume management responsibilities to ensure a seamless future transition into the General Manager role. Assist with guest reservations, mail pick up during the offseason, assist with managing building maintenance and projects. Support the coordination of guest service activities, including customized menus, itineraries, arrival preparation, and guest preference documentation. Assist with staff scheduling, managing and posting on social media accounts. Help coordinate gathering guest fishing licenses, coordinate guides and guests each morning. Assist with guest check-outs prior to their departure.

What Will You Bring:

Hospitality experience strongly preferred Resort/hotel experience preferred Luxury/high-end food and beverage experience preferred Hospitality degree is a bonus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiar with popular social media sites Familiar with vehicle maintenance and building maintenance Exceptional attention to detail proactive Action-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
