You will oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance, ensuring every guest receives fast, friendly service that reflects both Starbucks and Aramark standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor and food costs while maintaining strict safety and sanitation compliance. You'll foster a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, support company initiatives, and drive sales and profitability through exceptional service and operational excellence.
