Looking for professional, motivated person to work with owner and current employees to maintain and enhance a profitable, clean, welcoming convenience store and gas station.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Supervises all areas of day to day operations and is on call and available to cover shifts as needed. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operation of POS system. Hires, trains, and schedules store employees. Ensures that high customer service standards are met by all employees. Keeps employees motivated and communicates store goals to them. Has ability to deal with a variety of situations and problem solve. Practices preventive safety practices and responds properly to tense or emergency situations. Can effectively multitask. Has good organizational skills and very high attention to detail. Maintains and controls proper inventory levels. Observes that inventory is set at correct price and is entered into POS system. Maximizes profitability through selection, cost, and display of merchandise. Keeps store well stocked and clean in appearance at all times. This includes the lobby, restroom, storeroom, outside of building, parking lot, and fuel stations. Can complete basic accounting practices such as till reconciliation, preparation of bank deposits, and handling of daily and monthly sales reports. Must have valid U.S drivers license and reliable transportation. Must have 2+ years experience in a convenience store or box store setting

$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
