MASTER ELECTRICIAN - TAKE THE LEAD & RUN OUR ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT

Carr Home Improvements LLC | Full-Time | Bucks & Montgomery County, PA Carr Home Improvements LLC is looking for an experienced Master Electrician to join our team and take charge of our residential electrical department. This is not an apprentice position and it is not an entry-level electrician position. We are looking for a highly experienced professional who knows residential electrical work inside and out, can troubleshoot problems, work independently, communicate professionally with homeowners and our project managers, and take ownership of the electrical portion of our remodeling projects. This position is available immediately, and we are looking to hire the right person within the next week.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Carr Home specializes in high-quality residential remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, first-floor renovations and whole-home projects. You must be highly experienced with: Main electrical services and subpanels Running new circuits and complete residential wiring Recessed/high-hat lighting Under-cabinet lighting In-cabinet and specialty cabinet lighting Kitchen electrical systems Bathroom electrical systems Basement renovations Home additions Interior and exterior lighting Dedicated appliance circuits GFCI and AFCI protection Switches, dimmers and three-way/four-way switching Lutron and smart-home electrical devices Troubleshooting existing residential electrical systems Reading plans and electrical layouts Code-compliant installations Working with inspections when required Electrical work associated with high-end residential remodeling You should be capable of walking onto a remodeling project, understanding what needs to be accomplished and taking responsibility for getting the electrical work completed correctly.

YOU WILL LEAD OUR ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT

This is an important position within our company. We are looking for someone who wants more than just another electrical job. You will be responsible for helping lead and manage the electrical side of Carr Home's remodeling projects. You'll work directly with our project managers, carpenters, designers and other trades to keep projects moving and make sure our electrical installations meet the standards our customers expect. We want someone who takes ownership of their work, thinks ahead and solves problems.

COMPENSATION

$40.00-$50.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime as workload requires. The right person for this position will have the opportunity to become an extremely important part of Carr Home and take real ownership of our electrical department.
