Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to optimize product availability and presentation. Conduct employee orientation, training, and development to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to company policies. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints effectively, and build strong relationships to promote customer loyalty. Coordinate shift schedules, manage tup disbursement and monitor operational budgets to ensure efficient store functioning. Utilize management skills to supervise cashiering activities, oversee pricing strategies, and implement sales management initiatives. Oversee and help w/ general store cleaning, inventory needs and event set ups Skills Proven experience in retail management with strong leadership capabilities and supervisory experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices. Strong negotiation skills for purchasing negotiations and vendor relations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases. Demonstrated expertise in retail math including sales analysis, budgeting, and pricing strategies. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
