Demonstrate product features and benefits through interactive product demos, highlighting key functionalities to enhance customer understanding. Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including operating cash registers, handling cash and card payments, and accurately managing cash drawer operations. Upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach. Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and ensuring inventory accuracy through regular stock checks. Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or assisting remote customers to foster positive relationships. Support store operations by performing basic retail math calculations for transactions, managing retail store product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably with supervising or leadership responsibilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits in bilingual settings if applicable. Demonstrated proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations. Skilled in conducting product demos that effectively showcase wireless devices and accessories to customers. Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that attract customer attention. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during retail transactions, stocking, and customer interactions.
